WOK,WOK,WOK! Ok, so we made wok the other day and it turned out delicious ..so I just wanted to share this very simple thing ...that contributed to making this wok really good. When we cooked the vegetables we added basic spices like salt and pepper, garlic and chillies ..and then .. when it was all done.. we pored a homemade sauce over it that is sooo simple to make; It's basically a soya sauce that you add fresh ginger, garlic, lemon juice and olive oil to (Erlend tells me that he would have used sesame oil but we were all out of it so he had to use olive oil even though it's totally inappropriate). Anyway;) ..so good ..so simple :) Have a great weekend ... and Easter everyone!
