E is a big fan of italian style SUNDAY RAGU ..and this weekend we went all out and made HOMEMADE pasta with RABBIT RAGU. The rabbit had been soaked in red WINE for 24 hours and was then cooked for 2 hours with some wine, tomato, vegetable and herbs. I of course ..as always.. have to admit that I was not actively taking part in the pasta making, I was cheering and photographing, but from watching it seemed not very difficult ..and it was super good.
